Payroll Software - 2013 W-2, W-3, 940

Medlin Payroll has been updated to include the final format of 2013 IRS Form W-2, 2013 IRS Form W-3, and IRS 2013 Form 940.

Form W-2 and W-3 printed from Medlin Payroll are approved by the SSA when printed on plain paper. You do not need to buy pre-printed forms.

Form 940 can also be printed on plain paper and will be accepted by the IRS.

Payroll Software - Updates

Medlin Payroll has been updated to include the ability to directly save and send reports as PDF formatted files. Also added is the ability to include shading bars on reports, and the ability to email pay stubs.

Accounting Software - New Program

Our new program, Medlin Accounting is available. Medlin Accounting combined most functions of our previous General Ledger and Accounts Payable programs.

Medlin Payroll Software Version 4.6 is now available. Medlin Payroll Software Version 4.6 currently contains tax calculations for 2013, and will be updated with 2014 tax calculations as soon as they become available.

Payroll Software - OH Withholding Update

Medlin Payroll Software Version 4.5, Revision 25 (or later) contains updated OH Withholding calculations.  OH has revised their calculations, effective September 1, 2013.

Payroll Software - ND Withholding Update

Medlin Payroll Software Version 4.5, Revision 23 (or later) contains updated ND Withholding calculations.  ND has added a new withholding bracket, effective immediately.
